What are the most immediate needs to support your organization?

We offer all of our weekly Optimal Living Programs to cancer survivors and caregivers free of charge. These evidence based classes of Yoga, Total Training, Meditation, Tai Chi, Indoor Cycling, Cancer Education Series, Kinstretch, Urban Pole Walking, and Recovery + Beyond, are led by a licensed, trained, professional instructor. The scientific results illustrate that all who regularly participate have significantly improved their health condition. This position of improved health decreases the chances of an original cancer diagnosis or a cancer recurrence. The cost of these invaluable and impactful programs is completely covered by philanthropic gifts.
